Created by Kiira Wild, physio (MSc Health) and mom of two, who used it to climb out of her own postpartum rage.
The Postpartum Anxiety, Rage & Resentment Reset gives you 12 concrete steps for immediate relief in the moment, so it stops taking over your days. No waiting for more sleep, more help or better hormones.
Rage is a clear sign that something is off. But it is not the core of the problem.
At the wrong moment, at the wrong person. Usually the people you love the most.
Every unspoken need piles up until your relationship is at breaking point.
The rage gets the whole day to build, and the evenings become the hardest part.
The months you were supposed to enjoy go by in anxiety and anger. They don't come back.
You don't recognise the woman snapping at everyone, and neither do they.
More sleep, more help or a better week rarely arrives on its own. Something has to change, and it starts with you.
When your body is in fight mode, talking yourself down doesn't work. So the Reset works with your body first, then your mind, then your emotions.
An understimulated body = an overstimulated mind.Designed for tired, sleep-deprived, brain-fogged postpartum moms. No complicated program and no special equipment needed. Download the mini-guide and start where you are, at home, on your street or in the nearest park. Screenshot the checklist and follow it, one step at a time.
Exactly what to do, in what order. No thinking required.
The 20–25 minute outdoor workout I created to get the rage OUT of my body. Side effect: better fitness, strong legs and a round, firm butt.
How to turn your rambling into clarity on what you're actually angry about.
5 steps to stop overdoing, rescuing and overexplaining.
The Oxytocin Comfort Shower, the Power Lunch and the midday rest that keeps the evening rage from taking over.
And it all comes down to four things:
Strong, clear physical signals that give the intensity somewhere to go.
Getting the thoughts out of your head, onto paper and out of your body.
Movement, sunlight, cold water, fresh air, food and rest. Use it to get it.
Intensity early in the day, recovery later, before the rage has the whole day to build.
The Reset can bring relief after doing it just once. Do it again and again, and it becomes your autopilot. When the feelings start to build, you don't have to figure out what you need. You just start working through the steps.
I'm a physio with an MSc in Health, over a decade of clinical experience, and a mom of two.
After my first baby, I hit postpartum rock bottom. HARD. When the rage and anxiety started creeping back after my second baby in 2026, I didn't wait to crash again. I put the tools that had helped me into one step-by-step method.
This is it.
Sudden, intense anger or irritability after having a baby, often far bigger than the situation in front of you. It's not an official diagnosis, but it is very real.
You might recognise yourself if you:
Rage is a signal that something is off: unmet needs, exhaustion, too little support or too much carried alone.
Constant worry and inner tension after having a baby, even when everything looks fine on the outside.
You might recognise yourself if you:
Anger that builds up from unexpressed and unmet expectations, especially in your closest relationships.
You might recognise yourself if you:
Much more common than most moms think. About 1 in 3 mothers report intense feelings of anger 6 to 12 months after giving birth, and around 1 in 5 meet the criteria for an anxiety disorder. And postpartum mental health challenges are on the rise worldwide.
Because moms are expected to be calm, grateful and glowing. Rage doesn't fit that picture, so it gets hidden out of shame. It's also often missed in postpartum check-ups, which tend to focus on depression.
Sometimes it eases, but it can last as long as the exhaustion and the unmet needs behind it continue. Waiting rarely fixes it. If the rage or anxiety doesn't ease, gets worse or comes with thoughts of harming yourself or your baby, contact your healthcare provider right away.
Yes, for now. I'm collecting feedback before it becomes a paid product.
Yes. It's designed for tired, sleep-deprived, brain-fogged postpartum moms. Following the steps for just 30 minutes already takes you a long way. The full 12 steps take about 3 hours, fitted around your morning and your baby, and you'll feel reborn.
Sometimes, yes. Safety comes first: slow down, keep one hand on the railing and make it a calm, steady climb instead of an intense workout. Most of the time I do it without my baby.
No. It's based on my own experience and training. Check with your healthcare provider before starting cold exposure or intense exercise, especially in the first weeks after giving birth.
